ABOUT THE JOURNAL
The Journal of Underutilised Crops Research is an international multi- and transdisciplinary journal that aims to publish original research on various aspects relating to underutilised and neglected crops. Underutilised and neglected crops can be indigenous or exotic, and many rural communities in developing countries rely heavily on these crops. Therefore, there is a need to shift focus to these crops as they are also said to be more resilient to extreme environmental events. Some underutilised crops are said to be “crops of the future”, yet very little is known about them in terms of research. . View our Editorial Team.
